1. Who can use Pink Flamingo

Pink Flamingo is an adults-only community. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or view any content. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that adult material is legal where you are.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Every person shown in a couple profile must consent to appearing and must also be 18 or older. You may not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity.

3. Content and conduct

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to store and display them so the service can function. You may only upload media of adults who have consented. The following are prohibited:

• Any depiction of minors, or content that sexualises minors.
• Non-consensual content, harassment, threats, or hate speech.
• Sharing another member’s private photos or personal details.
• Commercial solicitation, spam, or automated scraping.

4. Moderation

Uploaded photos are reviewed before they appear publicly. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or put other members at risk.
