18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

Pink Flamingo is an online platform whose content is created and uploaded by its members. With respect to the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, Pink Flamingo operates as a service that enables members to upload their own material and is not the producer — primary or secondary — of any of the depictions that appear on the service.

Every member confirms, as a condition of using the service, that all persons appearing in content they upload were at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created, and that those persons consented to the content being created and shared.

Records required to be maintained under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, to the extent applicable, are kept by the individual members who produced and uploaded the content. Questions regarding a specific depiction, or requests to remove content, may be directed to hello@pinkflamingo.club.
